Location: Marietta, GA
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
About the Opportunity

Actalent is hiring an Infusion Pharmacy Technician to support a leading healthcare organization in Marietta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Pharmacy Technician looking to expand their experience in an infusion pharmacy setting while working alongside pharmacists and a highly skilled pharmacy team.
Responsibilities

• Process and prepare prescription orders from intake through order completion
• Enter prescription information and verify accuracy within pharmacy systems
• Pack medication orders and infusion supplies for shipment
• Pick medications and infusion supplies based on patient delivery tickets
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and physician offices to resolve prescription and claim issues
• Receive and process pharmaceutical and supply deliveries
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
• Resolve customer inquiries while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy
• Follow pharmacy procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT/PTCB)
• Pharmacy Technician experience in a retail, hospital, specialty, or infusion pharmacy setting
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous infusion or specialty pharmacy experience
• Experience processing prescriptions and working with pharmacy management systems

Work Environment

• Onsite position located in Marietta, GA
• Collaborative team environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
