Uline, a family-owned distributor, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights for North America. You will develop analytics and reporting solutions to influence talent and business decisions across the company. You'll analyze HR data, build dashboards with Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI, and partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges.
