Life Insurance Specialist

To achieve store sales targets, the full-time Ontario Licensed F&I Specialist will sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, conduct sales training, and utilize reporting tools while working remotely. Key responsibilities Achieves store sales targets through the sales of F&I products, delivering Profit Gap Analysis results of 100% or more Conducts one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers, modeling the Sym-Tech F&I process Tracks sales performance and provides updates while participating in group/store sales training and meetings Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably in F&I Proven track record in new car automotive retail with results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management OMVIC certified (Ontario only) Strong training, coaching, and relationship-building skills High energy level and positive attitude Virtual Vocations Inc
