Dinner Line Cook / Prep Cook

We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking Dinner Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, keeping a clean and organized station, and working well with a team. This position is primarily focused on Thursday through Saturday dinner service, with additional hours available on Wednesdays for food preparation and kitchen prep.

Schedule & Hours

Main shifts: Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings
Additional prep hours: Wednesday
Extra hours may be available for prep and kitchen needs throughout the week
Part-time or full-time hours available depending on availability and experience
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items during dinner service
Complete food preparation and batch cooking as needed
Assist with Wednesday prep to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the weekend
Set up and maintain your station during service
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
Properly store, label, and rotate food
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
Help with additional kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous line-cook or professional kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently while also being a team player
Comfortable working Thursday–Saturday dinner shifts
Willingness to work Wednesday prep shifts
Food-handler certification is a plus
