Expected to open Summer 2026, our Immokalee Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic will provide Pediatric Rehabilitation Services to Immokalees rapidly growing population. Our new Immokalee clinic is a mission-based facility serving the primarily Spanish-speaking migrant community, with a need for bilingual therapists. Services are provided regardless of a familys ability to pay, and the clinic shares space with the University of Florida dental program (offering free dental care), Able Academy (providing ABA services in local preschools and daycares), and Meals of Hope (operating a free community food pantry).

About this Position:

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have the time and resources to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. With a maximum of 10 patients per day, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering personalized care without the burden of overwhelming caseloads. We also offer flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays off, to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

About our Rehabilitation Team:

Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region. With over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.

What this Position Requires:

Educational Requirements: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required

Experience Requirements: None

State of Florida Licensure Requirements: Physical Therapy License required

Certifications/Registration Requirements: None

Other: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
