CNC Machinist

Responsibilities Set up jobs, select tooling, and operate multi-axis CNC mills while ensuring high quality workmanship and personal safety. Create and edit NC programs, set machine zero-point references, and compensate tooling offsets. Interpret blueprints with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and verify adherence to specifications using common hand gauges. Collaborate with the inspection department to ensure top-notch product quality and contribute to a safe workplace by following safety protocols. Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in CNC machining. High school diploma or GED. Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office and basic computer skills for communication and documentation. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of safety equipment and mechanical tools.
