Raising a Scholar (RAS) is a global nonprofit organization committed to providing equitable access to quality primary education for underserved students. We work with students across the United States, Zambia, Kenya, and India through virtual tutoring and mentorship.

Role Overview

We are seeking two Social Media Coordinators to support our digital presence and help share the impact of our programs. This role is ideal for individuals interested in communications, storytelling, and nonprofit work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content across social media platforms
• Highlight student impact, program updates, and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns and outreach efforts
• Support efforts to grow and engage our online audience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and creativity
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in education, nonprofit work, or social impact

Compensation

This is a volunteer position.
