Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC / PCU / Stepdown

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across a resource pool covering multiple Stepdown, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Oncology, and Long-Term Antibiotic Infusion units
• Manage patient assignments at Stepdown ratios of 1:3 and Medical-Surgical/Telemetry ratios of 1:6 within units of up to 34 beds
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Deliver care to a diverse patient population including trauma, surgical oncology, neurology, orthopedics, epilepsy monitoring, and general medicine patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes across assigned units

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Strong clinical competency across Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma center experience
• Prior travel nursing experience
