You'll be the leader on duty , responsible for creating an environment where both our guests and crew have a great experience. Your leadership will directly impact people, performance, and restaurant results. Lead People & Build a Strong Team Lead, coach, and motivate crew members throughout the shift Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback Help team members build skills and confidence Support onboarding and training of new employees Recognize great performance and create a positive team environment Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable Help identify and develop future leaders Drive Restaurant Performance Set and communicate shift goals and priorities Monitor performance and take action to achieve targets Maintain strong speed, quality, and service standards Manage labor and deployment to maximize shift performance Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions Communicate important business information to the restaurant leadership team Own Operational Excellence Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently followed Maintain exceptional guest service standards Ensure accurate food preparation and presentation Maintain restaurant cleanliness and daily maintenance standards Support inventory management and waste control Follow safety and security procedures Ensure proper cash handling and accountability Be the Communication Link As a Manager, you'll help connect the crew and leadership team. You'll communicate priorities, share feedback, address challenges, and make sure everyone understands what needs to happen and why.
