Department Assessor Classification Assessor/Appraiser I: Grade 7 (Local 1626) $25.93 - $34.55/ hourly Assessor/Appraiser II: Grade 9 (Local 1626) $28.85 - $38.51/hourly FLSA Status Non-Exempt Position Description (PP/PT) Locate, identify, view, measure, record data, and appraise residential and vacant properties to establish an estimate of market value for Ad Valorem real estate tax purposes. Determines the appropriate classification in accordance with mandated guidelines and appraisal schedules, procedures and appraisal methods.
