About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate After-School Program Director to lead our vibrant educational and recreational initiatives for students. As the cornerstone of our after-school activities, you will oversee program planning, staff supervision, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment where children thrive. What You'll DoDuties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive after-school programs aligned with educational standards and community needs
- Supervise staff members
- Coordinate with school administrators and parents to facilitate smooth program operations and address student needs
- Oversee daily program activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and that all children are engaged in enriching experiences
- Lead team meetings, provide ongoing training, and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership
- Strong knowledge of childcare principles
- Demonstrated skills in program development, team management, and staff supervision within an educational context
- Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with parents
