Job Title: Server / Bartender (Entry Level)
Location: Malibu Canyon bar and grill located inside Cambria Calabasas Hotel & Pool Service

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Server/Bartender to join our boutique hotel team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in hospitality and gain experience in both serving and bartending. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, open availability , and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests and local patrons
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Support restaurant, lounge, bar, and poolside service as needed
• Assist with preparing and serving basic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Learn menu offerings, cocktails, and hotel service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a great guest experience
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Minimal bartending experience preferred, or willingness to learn bartending skills
• Open availability required ( mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are a must )
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Someone who is eager to learn, flexible, and willing to support wherever needed. We are looking for a team player who enjoys hospitality, provides great guest service, and wants to grow their food & beverage experience in a boutique hotel environment.

Education and Experience

• Required Must have previous hotel banquet food and beverage experience
• Food handler and Liquor certification as required by law or brand standard
