Pay:                            $19.44 per hour

Job Summary:
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas and assisting with linen and supply distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver linens and supplies to housekeeping staff.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, elevators, and storage rooms.
• Assist with furniture setup for events or guest needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is advantageous.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and heavy lifting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
• Frequent climbing of stairs and operation of housekeeping carts.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $19.44 per hour
