We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding client experiences. We are currently seeking a Sign Fabricator to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their fabrication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, high-quality shop environment. Key Responsibilities Fabrication of custom architectural signage including monument signs, cabinet signs, illuminated signage, channel letters, and architectural structures. Interpret and execute shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents with minimal oversight. Perform advanced metal fabrication tasks including cutting, forming, fitting, welding, and finishing (aluminum and steel). Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and collaborate with production management, design, and field teams to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain a high level of work quality and perform regular quality control inspections. Mentor and support apprentice and junior fabricators, promoting best practices and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support material handling and receiving as needed. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of hands‑on sign fabrication or architectural metal fabrication experience. Strong MIG welding skills; TIG welding & laser welding experience is desirable. Ability to independently read, interpret, and execute complex shop drawings. Experience operating fabrication equipment including saws, shears, brakes, rollers, and ironworker machine. Working knowledge of basic electrical components for illuminated signage. Strong attention to detail with a high standard for fit, finish, and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Bonus Qualifications Experience mentoring junior fabricators. Experience with architectural signage and custom metalwork. TIG welding and/ or laser welding experience. Familiarity with shop safety standards and best practices. OT and weekends may be required.
