HR Coordinator

A growing organization in Kirkland, WA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, compliance, and employee programs. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, improving processes, and helping create a positive workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring process administration. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork preparation, orientation scheduling, and completion of required documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and compliance-related information. Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, procedures, and general workplace inquiries. Support benefits administration, employee engagement activities, training coordination, performance review tracking, and HR reporting. Provide administrative support for HR projects, process improvements, and internal HR initiatives. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
