LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in St. Petersburg that is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its growing real estate practice.

Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and closing materials
  • Manage due diligence processes, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and corporate documents
  • Order and analyze title and survey materials; assist in resolving title issues
  • Maintain transaction timelines, closing checklists, and key deadlines
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and clients
  • Organize and maintain transaction files (electronic and physical)
  • Assist with entity formation and related corporate documentation
  • Prepare closing binders and post-closing materials
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
  • Hands-on experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions
  • Strong knowledge of title, survey review, and due diligence processes
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Florida real estate experience strongly preferred
