Associate Financial Advisor Location: Worcester, MA Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 + bonus Status: Full time, hybrid We are an independent, fee-based investment advisory firm that specializes in active management and capital preservation for high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Financial Advisor to support our lead advisors, manage client relationships and provide tailored financial planning and investment solutions. You will support the discovery and onboarding process, prepare for and participate in client meetings, provide clear and actionable advice in line with our firm’s mission, follow up on any action items and take ownership to manage client expectations and deliverables. In your new role, you can expect to: Monitor and cultivate incoming warm leads from our highly productive referral networks. Conduct periodic reviews, track changes in client’s financial situations, analyze plan performance, and recommend strategy adjustments. Assist lead advisors by conducting client research and preparing for meetings. Deliver an exceptional client experience and build deep client relationships. Manage client relationships through ongoing client communication to establish and maintain a complete understanding of their financial objectives. Interview clients to assess income, expenses, risk tolerance, and goals. Prepare financial plans and coordinate with the investment committee. An interest in investment strategy is welcomed, though this role is not responsible for making investment decisions. Adhere to regulatory standards and the firm’s compliance policies, maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality. Work closely with the client service team and participate in coaching from lead advisors to develop client acquisition and advisory skills. Schedule client appointments, address client inquiries and handle follow-up tasks. Qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Series 66 or 65 required, CFP or CFA a plus 3-5 years in a similar role Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Schwab, Advyzon, and RightCapital is a plus Strong analytical skills Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with keen attention to detail Comfortable with presentations and client-facing interactions #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search Group
