Lead, Support Content Strategy & Automation

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Strategy & Operations to own the end-to-end support content program across the Snapchat Support ecosystem. You will define roadmaps, run operating rhythms, and ensure quality and reliability of help center, in-app, and chatbot experiences. The role is hands-on: you will build, configure, test, and troubleshoot the systems that deliver support content, with cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Snap Inc.
