Hours: 10:30pm - 6:30am (3rd Shift)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Must have experience working in the Automobile Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair issues with motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems
• Install and upgrade electrical components and wiring in compliance with safety standards
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems and production line equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Document maintenance work and repairs accurately
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support operations
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Strong electrical experience (PLC troubleshooting/programming preferred)
• Solid mechanical skills (assembling, repairing, and reassembling components such as switchboxes and similar equipment)
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (highly preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial systems efficiently
• Familiarity with industrial tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance practices
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures (NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout)

Preferred Experience

• Experience with PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens
• Background in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
