International Tax Senior Associate

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and manage international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118, and 8992
• Advise clients on inbound and outbound international tax matters
• Support international tax planning initiatives, including structuring and repatriation strategies
• Research and analyze international tax developments, including OECD, BEPS, and U.S. tax reform updates
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service
• Communicate complex international tax concepts clearly to clients and team members
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support practice growth

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on international tax
• Experience with cross-border transactions, foreign tax credits, Subpart F, and GILTI
• Knowledge of international tax compliance and planning for flow-through entities and individuals
• Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• CPA required or actively pursuing; JD candidates also encouraged to apply
