What’s In It for You Competitive pay ($35 - $55/hr) + sales bonuses Flexible schedule + daily variety training outside the gym Leadership path with opportunities to influence and grow a team Paid onboarding and ongoing professional development Recognition and advancement within the GYMGUYZ network What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership Facilitate workshops and team development sessions Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction What You Bring Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization) CPR/AED certified (required) 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience Proven success in client results and team mentoring Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills Sales and field marketing experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Why GYMGUYZ We’re the nation’s leader in mobile personal training — a brand built on flexibility, results, and teamwork.
