Staff Accountant
Career Movement
A growing, privately held company with a collaborative, fast-paced culture is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support general ledger activities and month-end close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning reconciliations, maintaining clean financials, and contributing to an efficient close process.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong general ledger experience
- Hands-on month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience
- ERP system experience required (NetSuite is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
