PECAN VALLEY MH-MR REGION
Pecan Valley Mh-mr Region is seeking a dedicated case manager in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin. The role involves performing complex case management tasks, including clinical screenings and crisis resolution, while ensuring appropriate services and monitoring consumer progress. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human/Social Services or Psychology and have at least three years of experience with mental health consumers in crisis.
