Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glassware, and silverware, ensuring they meet sanitation standards.
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and all equipment.
• Clean and sanitize all utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment regularly.
• Support proper food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and report any damaged or missing items.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food service.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
