Bartenders at Seed Library are more than drink-makers—they’re hosts, storytellers, and stewards of the guest experience. We’re looking for individuals who bring poise, precision, and personality to every pour.

As a Bartender, you’ll be expected to uphold the Mr. Lyan and Renwick Hospitality’s standards of excellence while contributing your unique self to the team. Responsibilities include:

• Master Program , strive for exceptional quality in every build with attention to detail, balance, and presentation—including table-side service where applicable. Superb guest experiences begin with consistency in execution.

• Support bar prep and mise en place , ensuring syrups, garnishes, and ingredients are stocked and ready.

• Monitor inventory actively , communicating stock levels and low counts clearly to help control waste and avoid outages. Understanding of goals includes knowing what’s on hand and what’s missing.

• Learn and execute service standards , both current and evolving through opening. Being better than yesterday means embracing growth and refinement.

• Understand and sell the full menu , including food, cocktails, wine, and beer, with confidence and care. Superb guest experiences begin with knowledge and enthusiasm.

• Engage guests with warmth and confidence , creating golden moments through storytelling, pairing suggestions, and genuine hospitality.

• Maintain a clean, organized bar , showing up on time and ready to contribute. Consistency in execution is a daily commitment.

• Collaborate with team members and managers , prioritizing team success and seamless service. Team prioritization means no one works in isolation.

• Stay curious and adaptable , embracing new techniques, seasonal changes, and evolving standards. Contribute your unique self to a culture of growth and creativity.

• Minimum availability of 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays

• Completion of standards training

• A strong foundation in classic cocktails and bar technique

• A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a special team
