Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to an average of 14 patients per day.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention strategies.
- Adhere to established protocols and standards of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
