Admissions Nurse (LPN or RN) – Licensed Practical Nurse Full-Time | Franklin, Tennessee

Admissions Nurse Position Summary

As the Admissions Nurse (LPN/RN) at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a collaborative relationship with the business office and admissions office, both working toward the occupancy and collection goals.

• Assist in referral review and consult with the clinical team as needed.

• Maintain a working knowledge of Medicare Part A, Medicaid, ICD-10 coding process and PDPM.

• Communicate equipment needs, dietary needs, etc. of each new admission.

• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator and/or Admissions Director.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Admissions Nurse Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for the state of Tennessee

• 1 year experience in a nursing position in a health care facility
