Senior Recruiter — Manufacturing Site (Hybrid, Lincoln, NE)

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska (3 days in office)

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team onsite at a manufacturing facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, supporting a leading global consumer health company, known worldwide for its everyday household health and wellness brands.

What you'll do:

• Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions onsite at the manufacturing facility, managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles.

• Manage multiple open requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
\n
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for diverse roles across the site, including manufacturing and operations positions.
\n
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and site leadership, fostering collaboration.
\n
• Continuously apply best practices to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
\n
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leaders to support innovative talent strategies.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast paced environment.

• Manufacturing recruitment experience strongly preferred.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset.
\n
• Enthusiasm for learning and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team.
\n
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work onsite at the Lincoln, Nebraska manufacturing facility.
