Manufacturing Production Associate

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Production Associate candidates in the Stamford, CT area. This position plays an integral role in our multi-phase production process. The role consists of performing various tasks required to prepare our products for shipment to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the work area, including the masking machine, bar, rack, pin container, pallet table, and required batch documentation and labels.
• Print labels and traveler documents for the correct batch in the oven.
• Remove sheets from the overhead conveyor inside the ovens.
• Place sheets onto the masking table for processing.
• Remove pins from sheets as required.
• Apply masking paper, labels, and stamps to sheets according to specifications.
• Place completed sheets onto the pallet table.
• Move completed batches to the designated shipping area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of prior warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience required.
