Are you a proven B2B sales hunter who excels at closing high-value commercial project deals, equipment modernizations, and recurring service contracts?

We are partnering with the fastest-growing commercial entrance, overhead door, and industrial facility solutions platform in the nation , currently scaling toward $100M+ in annual revenue . Due to platform expansion across Wisconsin, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Territory Sales Manager to take full ownership of an established, high-demand market across East-Central Wisconsin (Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Appleton, and Fox Valley corridors).

What You Will Do

• Drive Commercial Revenue: Prospect, quote, and close new commercial and industrial equipment installations, facility modernizations, major repair projects, and recurring Planned Maintenance (PM) service agreements.
• In-Person Field Discovery: Run an active field schedule averaging 15+ customer site visits per month . Conduct jobsite walk-throughs, inspect facility openings, review architectural plans/specs, and design custom mechanical solutions.
• Target High-Value B2B Accounts: Build long-term relationships with commercial property managers, industrial plant directors, warehouse operations heads, institutional facility engineers, and commercial General Contractors (GCs).
• Branch Collaboration: Work closely with branch leadership, installation technicians, and inside sales support, spending 2–3 days per week at the local branch office for strategic planning and project handoffs.

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5+ Years of Proven B2B Outside Sales Experience: A demonstrable track record of hunting new accounts, running consultative discovery, and closing technical project sales.

• Consultative Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate commercial and industrial facilities, read blueprints/specifications, and consult on safety, security, and climate-control requirements.
• Territory Logistics: Reside within (or relocate to) a daily commutable distance of Fond du Lac, WI ; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on industry experience
• Incentive Compensation: Uncapped tiered commission plan + specialty category kickers (first-year target: $150,000 – $180,000+ OTE)
