Accountant

Our client is seeking an Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to support the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing manufacturing organization. This on-site role will be responsible for general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances Support inventory accounting and related analysis Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Support internal and external audit requests Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong general ledger and month-end close experience required Manufacturing and/or inventory accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments #J-18808-Ljbffr Movement Search & Delivery
