Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Framingham, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. Respondents should be prepared to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and support resident-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Client requires candidates who can work approximately 30 hours per week.
Willingness to provide services consistent with skilled nursing facility policies and documentation standards.
OT or COTA candidates may be considered; license level must meet state and facility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with geriatric populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
Work schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
Approximately 30 hours per week guaranteed.
