School Speech Language Pathologist - Easley, SC

The position is open to candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY).


Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong CFY applicants welcome
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain thorough, timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Provide in-servicing and consultation as needed
