Administrative AssistantNesco Resource in Elizabethtown has a part-time opening for an Administrative Assistant. Mon-Fri 10AM-3PM. Ideal candidates will need a resume providing good work history.Responsibilities include:General office duties, including opening/distributing mail, answering telephones, screening calls, directing calls, attending meetings, taking messages, scheduling appointments, typing correspondence, running critical errands, faxing, telephoning, and maintaining files.Original composition of letters and memos as directed.Attend meetings as defined by the current year's business plan, and be responsible for the setup and cleanup of these meetings.Maintain current newspaper clippings in an organized fashion.Continuously updating the website events/news/notes calendar.Responsible for the appearance of the front office and reception/information area.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, bathrooms, conference room, and the building in general, tidying up when necessary.Responsible for brochure distribution and upkeep; restocking brochure racks and replenishing brochures.Keep business relocation and other packets stocked as needed.Assist in other secretarial duties as assigned.Assist in functions and events as needed.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
