Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions. Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Contribute to a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Support team in achieving healthcare targets and goals. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Utilize healthcare technology and tools effectively. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification required. Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring patient responses. Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work in a results-driven environment with high visibility of work activity. Ability to accurately document patient information and maintain medical records. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards compliance.
