# Administrative Assistant - Per Diem (Practice/Clinic) Weekdays ONLYApplylocations: Attleboro, MAtime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R9052Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0-Within a high volume setting, provides support functions to the clinical and administrative staff; ensures attention to detail and aids in the completion of patient charging, abstracting, and insurance referrals.**Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:*** One to three years previous experience as a Administrative Assistant in a physician's practice or Clinic environment* Command of verbal and written English; positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills.* Understanding of referral process.* Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management. **Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:*** Knowledge of medical terminology* Computer skills**Educational Requirements:*** High school diploma or equivalent**License/Certification:** N/A**Age Specific Criteria:** Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.**Ability to Meet Job Performance Expectations:** Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be able and available to float to other practice locations as needed with reimbursement for mileage. -Salary Range: $18.71-$28.26
