What You'll Do - Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning with full clinical autonomy - Develop advanced skills in orthodontics, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and periodontics - Collaborate on complex cases with a supportive, experienced multi-doctor team - Build lasting relationships with patients who value exceptional care What You Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program - Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) - A strong clinical foundation and genuine commitment to lifelong learning - Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Bonuses Compensation: - $300,000-$400,000/hour
