Inventory Associate - Temp to Perm, Day or Night

Adecco is currently seeking Unit ID associates for 1st and 3rd shift for Ross Dress for Less in Carlisle, PA.

A Unit ID Associate is responsible for inventory accuracy, merchandise verification, SKU creation, and product tracking within the distribution center. Success in the role requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards

Payrate is $18/hr plus $3 differential for 3rd. Ability to earn productivity bonuses. Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that item quantity, color, style, and size match information entered in the RDM system.

• Create and apply MLP and LPN labels to track merchandise throughout the DC process.

• Enter information into the RDM system using warehouse computers.

• Re-sort merchandise into multiple cartons when additional sorting is required.

• Create detailed SKUs (sub-SKUs) for tracking and ticketing purposes.

• Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong self-motivation.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to read small print accurately.

• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.

• Must pass basic Math, Unit ID, and MS Word assessments.

Physical Requirements

• Work in a warehouse environment on concrete floors for extended periods.

• Continuous standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.

• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, handling objects, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Regular attendance and punctuality required.

• Ability to read printed and electronic information.

• Writing is required as part of the job.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
