Counter Sales

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales Representative, located in Greater Houston. The role involves interacting with customers to provide product information, managing and fulfilling customer orders, and assisting in identifying the right solutions for their plumbing and HVAC needs. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales goals, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Employees may also provide product demonstrations and assist in maintaining store organization and inventory management. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing customer needs and inquiries with professionalism Spanish speaking is a must Sales experience, including the ability to promote products and close sales effectively Proficiency in Training others and knowledge of Sales Management principles Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and customers Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC products is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or additional education are an advantage Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Wells Plumbing and Heating Supplies, Inc.
