Must Have Security Experiance 2+ Years / Must Have Resume Position Type: Full Time / Swing Shift Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Thu 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and parking areas; provide directions and assistance while maintaining a professional presence at the commercial office location. Communicate with property management, tenants, and emergency responders as needed, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Minimum Requirements Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
