Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and pharmacies
• Support active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid CPR Certification (in-person class)

Negative TB Test (within the last 12 months)

Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance (with reliable transportation)

1-2 Years of Caregiving or CNA Experience

Ability to maintain client confidentiality & adhere to HIPAA regulations

AHCA Level 2 Background Clearance

Negative Drug & Motor Vehicle Background Screenings

Physical Capability (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling)

Strong Communication Skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently)
