In this Role you will…
Conduct full cycle recruitment, identify strategies to enhance the TA process
Oversee TA projects such as new openings
Review resumes, interview candidates (by video and in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory
Actively source talent
Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned locations
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Uses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
Develops and maintains excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
Communicates important employment information during the delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Bachelor's degree, preferred
Prior 3-5 years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Project management proficiency preferred
Experience with high-volume recruiting
Hospitality, Restaurant, and/or Hotel experience preferred
Familiar and comfortable with HRIS and ATS
Experience in a demanding, fast-paced, work environment
Highly organized and process-oriented
