CNC Technician I

Job Summary Responsibility for operating CNC milling machine skillfully, executing CAM programs according to tool component drawings and 3D models. Manufacture tool components with no cutter mark on the surface using electrode, including core and cavity blocks, slide cores, front cover inserts, and battery cover tools. Ensure manufacturing quality and produce emergency tool components as directed by the supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machine skillfully, manufacture tool components and maintain zero cutter marks on the surface with electrode, including core and cavity block, slide core, insert of front cover, and battery cover tools. Determine CNC milling cutter based on CAM program. Manufacture emergency tool components according to supervisor arrangement. Perform self‑inspection after CNC processing. Resolve abnormalities during CNC processing. Operate and maintain jigs and fixtures. Maintain CNC milling machine. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications Knowledge Requirements Familiar with operating and maintenance of CNC milling machine and EROWA jig. Familiar with tool structure and drawings. Familiar with CNC manufacturing process. Education & Experience Requirements College degree or above. Tooling or mechanical major. Minimum 5 years of related experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Benefits Hourly pay range: $18.89 – $33.99.
