MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN 1st

Mechanical Technician The Machine Mechanical Technician will maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery while working with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems that support the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, test, and repair electronic production equipment. Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as required to maintain all processes in the factory. Develop a thorough understanding of all electromechanical control systems in the factory. Notify appropriate management personnel and assist in the resolution of problems. Contribute ideas for improvements in all areas using appropriate means of communication. Maintain a neat and orderly workplace. Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in all job functions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Associate’s Degree in an applicable field preferred but not required. 3 to 5 years of experience in a high‑production environment preferred. Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC/PLC‑controlled manufacturing equipment, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies. Experience working with three‑phase power and a variety of control voltages is a plus. Proficiency in using shop tools and testing and measuring equipment required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems. Must understand Lockout‑Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
