Basic Job Functions:

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. The DSM works closely with customers, dealers, contractors, and internal teams to promote company products and services, increase market share, and achieve sales objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience or successful completion of Nucors DDSM program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four-year Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technical or related field

• Steel and insulated panel experience

• Insulated metal panel sales experience
