Team Manager

Summary The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading and developing sales, operations, and security teams to meet commercial targets and deliver elevated luxury client service. The role assumes oversight of store operations in the Director's absence and provides coaching, mentorship, and a visible management presence on the sales floor. The manager drives client development, operational efficiency, and a culture of high performance and inclusivity. Responsibilities Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets. Provide leadership on the sales floor, model client service standards, and act on client feedback to improve experience. Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars and KPIs. Recruit, train, and retain talent while delivering ongoing performance feedback and development. Ensure operational excellence by managing back-of-house processes, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays and to perform varied store roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and client tracking tools.
