Position Requirements Licensing: Ability to obtain (or currently hold) state Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses (support/guidance provided during onboarding). Track Record: Previous experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or business development is preferred (though strong entry-level candidates with high drive are encouraged to apply). Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software, CRM systems, and digital sales tools efficiently.
