The Manager of IT Network & Operations owns enterprise network architecture and IT infrastructure operations across all sites. The Manager is accountable for network reliability, security, and scalability; incident command for major IT outages; and disciplined change management. The role also manages the primary third-party vendor that provides network services and helpdesk support and owns all contract management with Meraki and all Internet Service Providers (ISPs), ensuring performance against SLAs and seamless coordination with internal teams and partners.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn end‑to‑end LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, routing, switching, wireless, internet circuits, and cloud connectivityDesign and enforce segmentation standards across POS (retail), corporate IT, GP (operational technology), and Security networksOwn firewall platforms, remote access, and inter‑site connectivityEstablish, maintain, and improve observability: logging, telemetry, availability service level objectives, capacity plans, and lifecycle roadmapPartner and provide guidance as needed related to enterprise identity and core services (Active Directory/Azure AD, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, PKI)Ensure hardening (reduce vulnerabilities), patching, backup/DR and periodic recovery testing for IT‑managed systemsCreate, execute and maintain SOPs and maintenance windows with security and business alignmentEnable and consume cybersecurity monitoring across network and infrastructure; drive incident response for IT systemsEnforce least‑privilege network design, access controls, and vulnerability remediation SLAsSupport SOX/NIST-aligned controls and audit readiness for IT infrastructureServe as Incident Commander for Priority events; deliver RCAs/RCRs and corrective actionsHarden against material impacts to Security and Operations platforms through tested SOPs and coordination (DR / BCP)Own day‑to‑day management of the external Network/Telecom providers and the Helpdesk/MSPDefine and enforce SLAs (availability, response/restore, first‑contact resolution, customer satisfaction)Direct vendor resourcing, queues, and dispatch; approve major changes and maintenance plansConduct continuous‑improvement plans; drive cost, quality, and reliability outcome Coordinate with Security Systems on connectivity for NVR and access control without changing Security‑owned configurationsPartner with Retail, Grow Ops, and Compliance to onboard operational technology systems to the network safely and consistentlyPartner with Security to engage Facilities/Construction early to ensure power, racks, cabling, and circuits meet standards for new and changing sitesOther duties as assignedKEY INTERFACESSecurity Systems, Retail Operations, Grow Operations, Compliance, Facilities, Construction, Finance/Procurement, Third‑Party MSPs/IntegratorsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network operations, including multi-site environmentsProven ownership of enterprise networking across distributed locations (retail, warehouse, or field operations preferred)Strong expertise in network architecture and operations, including LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, and site connectivityDemonstrated experience managing third-party IT vendors, including network support and end-user services (helpdesk, endpoints, printers)Ability to drive accountability, performance, and SLAs with external partnersExperience leading incident response and outage management, including root cause analysis and corrective actionWorking knowledge of cloud and identity services (Azure, Entra ID) and their integration with network environmentsExperience supporting regulated environments and aligning to IT controls (examples: SOX, security standards)Strong operational leadership skills, including prioritization, escalation management, and cross-functional coordinationAbility to translate infrastructure needs into business impact, particularly in high-availability, revenue-generating environment.Experience supporting retail, manufacturing, or similarly distributed operations at scale is strongly preferred.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES AT JUSHIWe offer benefit packages that may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short, and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k).
