Program Manager Learning Operations & Communications

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Learning Operations & Communications to support an enterprise AI Learning Program . The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in program management, learning/enablement programs, or enterprise program operations.

This role will own the day-to-day operational execution of the program, including communications, presentations, cohort management, stakeholder engagement, tracking, events, and meeting logistics. The Program Lead will own strategy and final approvals, while this role will independently manage and deliver program activities on schedule and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Communications & Engagement

• Draft and manage cohort communications, reminders, newsletters, announcements, and program updates.
• Create Teams and Viva Engage posts and engagement campaigns.
• Monitor program communication channels and respond to participant inquiries.
• Coordinate communications with business leaders, Enterprise AI leadership, and executives.
• Promote participant success stories and engagement.

Presentation & Content Development

• Create PowerPoint presentations for cohort meetings, workshops, office hours, program launches, and executive briefings.
• Develop templates, one-pagers, playbooks, and participant guides.
• Maintain SharePoint pages as the central source for program resources, recordings, and materials.
• Ensure presentations and materials are professionally designed and ready for Program Lead approval.

Program Operations

• Own the master program calendar for cohorts, office hours, pod meetings, and executive sessions.
• Schedule meetings, manage invitations, reschedules, and logistics.
• Manage participant access and cohort rosters.
• Coordinate participant intake and cohort placement.
• Track learning progress, certifications, and completion data.
• Coordinate room bookings, AV, and onsite session logistics.

Events & Training Support

• Plan and support workshops, learning sessions, office hours, and AI Ambassador cohort launches.
• Coordinate speakers, agendas, and session materials.
• Support meeting facilitation, manage chat, and keep sessions on schedule.
• Manage pre-session checklists and post-session recaps.

Tracking, Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain program trackers, KPI dashboards, and reporting.
• Build and maintain Excel trackers with accurate data and validation.
• Conduct participant feedback surveys and retrospectives.
• Monitor engagement, completion rates, drop-off, certification timelines, and sentiment.
• Prepare KPI reports and executive summaries for leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, learning/enablement, training, or enterprise program operations .
• Experience managing cohort-based learning or training programs end-to-end .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation/visual design skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and meeting coordination .
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude .
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Background in corporate learning, talent development, training, or certification programs .

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management or facilitation experience.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Apps .
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, or technology learning programs.
