Location Moore, OK 73160 Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of employees during the assigned shift. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Monitor workflow and productivity to meet operational targets. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members. Handle employee issues, conflicts, and performance management as needed. Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports. Communicate effectively with management and other departments. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
